Sitting in the tiny recliner we own, Jackie saw about a 6 inch gap on the chair next to me and decided to squeeze in to snuggle. I didn't stop her. :)
Jackie liked our recent trip up to the cabin. She was a trooper and tried the water, but she preferred to stand on the beach and look cute. While finishing up a fencing project, Jackie did eat a finger off of my husband's work glove. Luckily, not while on his hand, and yes, it did pass. :) I can see how she mistook it for a dog toy. Once we discovered this, and told her to stop, she did, followed by this sweet face (see below). It is hard to be mad at Jackie because she really is the sweetest dog.
After having Jackie in our home, this is what we know so far: Proof of the "pinky walk" Today our old foster, Liberty, came back to stay with us again. Having two fosters is an adventure for us. As always, Jackie is so calm when meeting new dogs and little Liberty is immediately drawn to be by her. We think Jackie is pretty smitten with Liberty, too.

We went out of town, so Jackie was able to spend three nights with the awesome staff and other pups. As you can see from the pictures, she gets along GREAT with other dogs! Jackie, our first boxer foster, has been with us only a few hours. I am already super impressed! We have a boxer, so I was expecting a much more wild dog. She definitely has energy to run in the yard, but I am surprised how great she is on a walk and how well she listens. We went for two walks so far and there was slack on the leash both times. When other neighborhood dogs barked, she ignored and kept walking. We currently have multiple dogs in our home, and she is getting along with all of them, big and small, male and female.
